Recurring subscriptions
OnlyLit subscriptions are recurring. When you subscribe, you are charged the price shown at checkout, and your subscription renews automatically each billing period (monthly, or yearly if you choose annual billing) at the same price, until you cancel. The price, the billing interval, and the date of your next charge are shown to you before you complete your purchase, and you must affirmatively acknowledge the recurring charge before any payment is taken.
If a promotional or introductory price applies, the discounted amount and the full price your subscription renews to are both disclosed before you subscribe.
Canceling
You can cancel anytime, yourself, from Account Settings. Canceling takes no more steps than subscribing did: there is no need to email or contact support, and no retention screen to clear. When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We show you the exact date your access ends and send a confirmation email.
Refunds
Because canceling stops future renewals and you keep access through the period you paid for, refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods. We will provide refunds where required by applicable law, and we may provide them at our discretion (for example, an accidental or duplicate charge). To request a refund, contact admin@onlylit.com.
Billing and receipts
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. OnlyLit does not store your full payment card details. You receive an email confirmation when you subscribe, a receipt for each renewal charge that restates the recurring terms, and a confirmation when you cancel.
